We do antique shows in the Southeast and have no frills webstores that sell fine jewelry at 50% below list retail and certified diamonds at the best prices on the web.  Our company is Headdress Jewelry and Accessories (with several website DBAs including Jewelry Discount Network) incorporated in the State of Florida with its headquarters in St Petersburg.  

Sales Policy and Guarantees: 

We have no expensive store front, low overhead websites, do not advertise and only stock our antique and estate jewelry.  This permits us to sell at very low prices and still make a fair profit.  After you place your order, the item is shipped to us overnight, we package it and ship it on to you by FedEx Express, insured.

We guarantee that everything we sell is as stated on our site descriptions and, if returned within seven days of receipt unchanged, will be refunded in full.  The only exception is custom made items that cannot be returned to the supplier so will have a restock fee not over 15%.  Any item that proves to have poor materials or workmanship will be replaced or refunded in full.  Read what some of our thousands of satisfied customers have said about our service here http://netcheck.com/headdressjewelry7.shtml.

Company History:

The business was started in 1990 by setting up at antique shows with our antique and estate jewelry collected over the previous 30 years. In 1997 we opened our first webstore with our antique and estate jewelry. Then to fill the needs of our customers for contemporary jewelry at discount prices we started our second store in 2000.  In 2002 we expanded with more webstores  because we found that we could sell diamonds retail at below list wholesale prices with our low mark up, and engagement rings at about half what they cost in a “brick and morter” store.

Our continuing policy is to give the best service at the lowest prices possible and still make a fair profit.
